Adorn your holiday tree with a topper that is a lovely blend of items with historical significance and your modern handiwork. I’ll provide everyone with a Victorian-style fairy dancer image inspired by prints made in the 1840s. Everyone will cut around their image, attach it to a mounting cone, and dress it with an abundance of vintage trims, fabric scraps, and embellishments.
Students should bring to class:
• Scissors
• Hot glue gun
• Vintage trims and fabric scraps (optional)
