Debbie Dusenberry

“Last year Jo and Nancy asked me to speak about the Future of Retail”. It was a time in my life when I was about to make a decision to close my retail store of 10 years, but yet it was too early to announce this to anyone as I was going through some very personal emotions with it. At the Creative Connection event I met up with another former retailer, Rebecca Ersfeld, (who was a vendor) and I asked her for help on what made her decide to close her lovely store that was once in Geneva, Ill. I will never forget that connection we made, sharing our love and yet turmoil of business owning, creative living, juggling life and our spiritual journeys with all of it. It helped me a lot and I will never forget it!”

I would have love to hear Debbie speak on anything. She has an amazing creative spirit. I know it must have been hard to
let go of the store but being a pioneer that she is I see she has transformed it all into the virtual.

I am so loving watching the transformation of her darling trailer on her blog. I have dreamed of a gypsy wagon myself.
That trailer is inspirational. It represents the freedom of the road. When the well of creativity gets dry sometimes,
one can just hop in and go in your own beautiful space and head to nature to be restored once more.

    Thank you Debbie.
